You can keep handbooks, policies or procedure manuals – in fact any document in any format. Any document stored in the document manager can be made available to users by their communities. HR.net Enterprise uses Security Roles to control access to documents.
HR.net Enterprise includes Document Explorer – a separate but integrated application to define mailmerge letter templates.
