Reporting could not be easier. HR.net Enterprise comes with a comprehensive suite of pre-configured reports and charts. There is a wizard-driven report designer to edit reports and create any number of new user-defined reports.
Running reports is very straightforward. Just click on the desired report from your user commnunity an the results will appear on screen. You can create reports in PDF or Word format and you can export data directly to Excel.
The license for charts and text reports is included in your HR.net software license. However you can also use 3rd party report writing tools (e.g. Reporting Services, Crystal, Cognos) to interrogate data stored in HR.net.
