The workflow designer has been created specially with non-technical users in mind. Workflows are defined in a graphical environment where you click and drag workflow stages from the toolbar on to the designer to assemble the stages in your workflow. You can define the rules for each stage, then link the stages and click Save and your workflow is ready for use.

When creating workflows you can select any permutation of the following stages to create a single integrated workflow process:
- Reading data from the database
- Entering data to the correct location in the database
- Generating mail merge letters
- Authorising requests
- Sending email notifications
- Generate reports
- Create an active directory user account
- Writing data to the database
