Implementation

Our consulting team provides on-site training, consulting and implementation services. Projects are delivered by a team of skilled practitioners covering project management, business analysis, configuration consultancy, data migration and user training.

Working with a dedicated project manager for the duration of your deployment they will work with you to ensure a smooth implementation of HR.net Enterprise from agreeing your project plan to ‘go live’.

Implementation projects will depend upon your requirements. We typically plan to have our customers go “live”, with software installed, data imported, system configured and management, HR and employees self service users trained, within 6 – 8 weeks from contract signing.

Training

Vizual offers a range of training solutions ranging from onsite training at your location to web-based training and open courses. Topics range from basic user training through to advanced system administrator training.

Helpdesk support

Helpdesk support is included in the usage fee that you pay to use HR.net Enterprise. You can log any number of helpdesk incidents and have these resolved by our experienced helpdesk team. You also have unlimited access to the comprehensive online knowledge base covering every aspect of HR.net Enterprise. We offer UK business hours support and we also provide 24/5 support.

Software upgrades

Any upgrades to HR.net Enterprise released whilst you’re using the software are provided to customers at no extra cost (providing you pay your ongoing usage charge). Upgrades are supplied on a single CD and can be installed easily by the customer. We typically release two upgrades of the software each year, so that you keep up with the latest developments and best functionality.

Account management

Once you ‘go live’ with HR.net Enterprise you will be appointed a dedicated account manager who will act as your single point of contact with Vizual. He/she will work with you to resolve any issues and advise you on future developments and how these impact your use of HR.net Enterprise.
