Address Details

HR.net allows the user to define any number of addresses for each employee, including unlimited previous addresses and any other addresses used by the employee such as term-time address, expat address etc.. By ticking ‘Current?’ the user can set any address as the primary address for that employee and is used for any correspondence with that employee.

In addition users can:

• Store documents electronically
  HR.net allows you to store and manage any scanned or mail merge documents relating to data stored in this screen for the employee.
• Store unlimited history
  Keep a complete record of previous changes to data on this screen.
