HR.net uses powerful workflow technology to automate
the most common HR processes (we refer to these as
Common Tasks) reducing duplication of effort and
saving you time.

There are over 25 HR Common Tasks pre-loaded in
HR.net. These processes are automated versions of
administration activities most commonly undertaken
by HR users. Examples include On-boarding a New
Employee, Processing a Leaver, and Sending a Bulk
Email to your workforce.

Steps automated in a Common Task can include any or all of the following:

•  Entering data in the correct location in the database

•  Generating mail merge letters

•  Sending email notifications

You have full control over the Common Tasks displayed on your HR dashboard – simply select the processes that apply to you in Administration and only these Common Tasks appear on your user screen.
