This process helps you to on-board a new employee by automatically creating a record in the database for the person, generating a contract of employment and sending email notifications to anyone in the business.

The integrated mail merge will generate a contract for the employee and auto-attach an electronic copy to the employee’s record and concludes by send emailing notifications directly anyone in the business regarding the new starter.

This process is designed to help you to generate a letter of contract for an employee and also send email notifications directly to any nominated person in the organisation that needs to be made aware of the employee contract.

Export Employee Data

This process allows you to export data from HR.net.

Process a Leaver

This 3-step task allows you to quickly process a leaver and will update the employee’s database with any leaver and exit interview information you record. As part of the same process the integrated mail merge will generate any correspondence and add a copy to the employee’s electronic record. Finally the process will send email notifications to anyone specified in the business.

Record an Employee Holiday

This 2-step process has been created to record a holiday for an employee and also send email notifications directly to any nominated person in the organisation that needs to be made aware of that employee’s holiday.

This process helps you to import data to HR.net. This data import can be done in two different ways:

  • Import from a file
  • Personnel Manager Import

Add a New Position

This process allows you to add a new position in the database by recording Position details.

You can record information on Duties & Responsibilities, Competencies, Knowledge and the Training Required for that Position.

Record an Employee Sickness

This 2-step process helps you to record a sickness for an employee and also send email notifications directly to any nominated person in the organisation that needs to be made aware of that employee’s sickness record.

Assign Equipment

This 2-step process is designed to assign equipment to an employee. You can then generate letter of assignment and also send email notifications directly to any nominated person in the organisation that needs to be made aware of the equipment that has been assigned to an employee.

Record a Disciplinary

With this 2-step process you can record a disciplinary for an employee, generate a disciplinary letter and also send email notifications directly to any nominated person in the organisation that needs to be made aware of the disciplinary.

View an Employee’s Absence

This process has been designed to allow you to view a read-only summary of an employee’s absence and allowances.

Update a Training Record

This 2-step process helps you to enter details regarding an employee’s training. From here you can generate a training letter and also send email notifications directly to any nominated person in the organisation that needs to be made aware of an employee’s training record.

Record a Grievance

This 2-step process helps you to record a grievance for an employee, generate a grievance letter and also send email notifications directly to any nominated person in the organisation that needs to be made aware of the grievance.

Bulk E-Mail

The bulk email process has been designed to allow you to organise your email distribution lists and send emails directly from HR.net, without using your email application. Build an email list selecting employees from HR.net or by filtering for a department, division, position or location. Once an email has been sent a copy is added to the every recipient’s correspondence history record in HR.net.

Update Org Structure

This process has been created to define the structure of your company by creating new Divisions, Departments, Teams and Sub Teams.

Health & Safety Incident

In this 2-step process you can record a Health & Safety Incident for an employee, Health & Safety record a sickness (if applicable), generate a Health & Safety Incident letter and also send email notifications directly to any nominated person in the organisation that needs to be made aware of this Health & Safety incident.

Create User Account

This process is used to create a new user based on a role within the database.

Add a New Company Vehicle

This process helps you to add details of a company vehicle assigned to an employee. These include general details of the car like the make, model etc. From here you can also add information regarding MOT/Finance, Insurance Details, etc.

Configure KPI

This process is designed for you to configure the KPI charts shown in your ‘MY HR’ section. You can choose from 35 pre-defined Charts ranging from ‘Number of Employees by Division’ to ‘Employees by Age’.

Database Maintenance

This process has been created to define a back up and restoration plan for the HR.net databases. Users can also schedule back ups.

Update Sucession Plan

With this process you can update a new position in a succession plan for an employee, by allowing you to select an employee, a position for which the employee is due to succeed and also capture the readiness of an employee to succeed to the position.

The Performance Rating and Potential Rating can be entered here for the employee.

Back to Work Interview

This 2-step process helps you to close an open Sickness for an employee, upload any documents if applicable and also send email notifications directly to any nominated person in the organisation that needs to be made aware of that employee’s back to work interview.

Employee Search Result Grid

This process helps you to configure the grid fields on the Employee Data home section.

View Sucession Plan

This process helps you to see a read-only view of employees applicable for a succession plan based on a position that you select.

Here you are also given the option to select the Position which then populates the details of the employees and the succession plan for the selected position.

Complete an Exit Interview

This 2-step process helps you to record details of an Exit Interview for an employee and send email notifications directly to any nominated person in the Exit Interview organisation that needs to be made aware of that employee’s exit interview.
