With HR.net Professional you can give managers access to their personalised dashboard. Managers go to this to authorise requests, update information and run reports. HR control the features available to each manager and powerful security ensures they can only see and authorise data relating to their employees. Password administration is easy – if a manager leaves their user rights can be revoked instantly.

Deploying self-service to managers and employees
HR.net Professional is a web-based application and the only prerequisites for manager and employee self-service users is that they use Internet Explorer 7 and can ’see’ the server where HR.net Professional is located either over your company network or securely over the Internet – don’t worry this is defined during installation. Users do not have to install any specialist software on their PC’s. HR.net Professional comes with its own email engine which is used to route notifications back to managers and employees. Again, no specialist email software or integration is required but you do need to ensure the email addresses for your workforce users are kept up to date in the HR.net Professional database.

When you create a user account for an employee or manager the new user is sent an email from HR.net Professional telling them how to login along with their sign-on password.

We have designed HR.net Professional to allow you to get up and running ‘out of the box’ but if you need any help then Vizual can assist you to deploy your software. Either way it won’t take long – you never imagined a self-service roll-out could be this fast!
