HR.net Professional has been designed for you to get up and running ‘out of the box’ just using the Getting Started guide (supplied in the box with your software) and the comprehensive User Manual (provided on the disc with your copy of HR.net Professional).

Vizual offers a range of services to help you get up and running and get the most from your copy of HR.net Professional.

Helpdesk support
Helpdesk support is included in the licence fee that you pay to use HR.net Professional. You can log any number of helpdesk incidents and have these resolved by our experienced helpdesk team. The support desk is available during normal UK business hours. In addition to helpdesk HR.net customers also have access to our comprehensive online knowledge base.

Onsite installation
Vizual can provide consulting and implementation services at your location. Your Vizual consultant will work with you to:

•  Install HR.net Professional
•  Import your data
•  Configure your system

Training Services

Online Trainingtraining1
We plan to offer a range of online training courses accessed via the Internet. Log on from your own PC and join the trainer and other participants for sessions on a wide range of topics designed to help you get the most out of HR.net Professional.

These courses focus on specific areas of functionality so if all you need to know is how to build a report then that is all you cover in the session. Sessions last from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the topic. Take one course or sign up for a programme – you decide.

Open Courses
Vizual offer a range of open courses. Each course lasts one day and covers key areas of functionality of HR.net Professional. Courses are run from Vizual’s offices or locations across the UK.

Onsite Training
We provide a range of onsite training services covering a range of topics. Our typical courses last between 1 – 2 days, we provide all the course documentation and tuition can be given on a one-to-one basis, or in a classroom environment for up to five delegates.
