Implementation & Project Management
An Implementation Consultant is assigned to all projects to co-ordinate the implementation activities and facilitate a
controlled and successful transfer to your chosen Vizual solution.
Vizual recognises the importance of an effective implementation and a project that includes a smooth transition from
your current HR system. The project framework is based on industry best practice Project Management and Quality
Assurance methodologies, such as PRINCE II and DSDM, for defining and managing development and implementation.
The Vizual Professional Services Team provide detailed project scoping to ensure a common understanding of the requirements
of the organisation, and the service starts with a visit from an Implementation Consultant who will confirm the project
scope, objectives, deliverables and define the roles and responsibilities for the project team.
The Requirements Confirmation phase, which will commence on completion of the project initiation, will be used to
reconfirm the requirements for the project. A workshop approach will be used to review the standard functionality in
order to ensure that the project team agree what customisation/configuration work is required.
Having the ability to import data in a variety of standard formats, means migrating data from your existing systems
into your Vizual solution is easy. The data migration process follows the same format for each implementation and
includes the analysis of the data requirements, the mapping of tables and fields from current systems, the cleansing of data,
and the import itself.
Training Programme
Vizual recognises the importance of providing users with a comprehensive training programme to ensure you get the most
from your system.
Training services are provided by Vizual Learning, a subsidiary of Vizual plc, who have a proven track record in the
delivery of end-user training spanning over 10 years. Every course is designed to be thoroughly practical and realistic
and the service is tailored to meet those demands.
Training can be delivered on-site at your location or users can come to one of our central training locations.
Our courses are designed to ensure that delegates have maximum hands-on-experience, giving them the skills and confidence
to return to the workplace with a thorough understanding of the software. Each course is structured and set out in a
manner easy to follow and is accompanied with practical exercises at the end of each section.
Training CD's
For those Personnel Manager users who cannot spare the time to attend an off-site
training course, you can now learn without
leaving the office. There are two courses in the range, one covering the basic user features of the software and the other
which takes users through the advanced aspects.
Support
Our dedicated support team is available between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and our analysts will be pleased to
answer your questions. All calls are logged on our support system and given a reference number so that we are able to
track the progress of your query. We track calls from inception to completion and all calls are quality controlled to
monitor response times and problem solving.
