implementation1Our consulting team provides on-site training, consulting and implementation services. Projects are delivered by a team of skilled practitioners covering project management, business analysis, configuration consultancy, data migration and user training.

Working with a dedicated project
manager from the duration of your deployment he/she will work with you to ensure a smooth implementation of HR.net Enterprise agreeing a project plan with you and ensuring the implementation milestones are achieved.

Projects duration depends on your requirements. However typically we aim to get customers to a phase 1 ‘go live’ (software installed, data imported, system configured including manager and employee self-service and HR users trained) within 6 to 8 weeks of contract signature.

TRAINING SERVICES

training2Online Training
We offer a range of online training courses accessed via the Internet. You log on from your own PC and join the trainer and other participants for sessions on a wide range of topics designed to help you get the most out of HR.net.

These courses focus on specific areas of functionality so if all you need to know is how to build a report then that is all you cover in the session. Sessions last from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the topic. Take one course or sign up for a programme – you decide.

Open Courses
Vizual offer a range of open courses. Each course lasts one day and covers key areas of functionality of HR.net. Courses are run from Vizual’s offices or from locations across the UK.

Onsite Training
We provide a range of onsite training services covering a range of topics. Our typical courses last between 1 – 2 days, we provide all the course documentation and tuition can be given on a one-to-one basis, or in a classroom environment for up to five delegates.
